Partnership 4 Hope offers limited financial assistance through our Cole French Educational Fund for young adults who are currently enrolled in a college, university, trade school or certificate program, or our Pathways General Support Fund for young adults who are not currently enrolled in any educational programming.

All funding is subject to the following eligibility criteria:

• Ages 18–25

• Active Participant in P4H Mentoring Programming

• Former foster youth or system-impacted young adults

• Currently employed (part-time or full-time) or have some form of income.

• Experiencing a short-term financial hardship that threatens educational progress or housing stability
